Sabo Shehu Malami (Dan Ruwatan Pindiga) is an innovative, versatile, and results-oriented business leader with over 15 years of progressive experience driving growth and transformation across multiple industries, including Oil and Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Sustainable Development, Food, and Agriculture.
He currently serves as the Managing Director of Sankalp Engineering and Services Nigeria Limited, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of projects committed to delivering excellence in engineering, construction, and services. Under his leadership, Sankalp Engineering and Services Nigeria Limited has strengthened its strategic positioning, emphasizing operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainable practices that create lasting value for clients, employees, and communities.
Before assuming his current role, Mr. Malami held several senior executive positions, including Managing Director of Metub Services Limited, Elsahal Oil and Marine Services Ltd, and Group Managing Director (CEO) of Elsahal Group Limited. In these roles, he successfully led major expansions, enhanced profitability, and fostered strong stakeholder relationships. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors at Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) PLC, contributing his expertise to corporate governance and strategic oversight.
Mr. Malami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Lagos State University, a Master Class Certificate in Business Management and Leadership from the London Graduate School, and Certificate in Oil, Gas, Energy Project Management & Development awarded by USAID, UKaid & European Union. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, and the Pindiga Emirate Council.

Dr. Chisom Seraphine Obi is an accomplished Executive and Communication Specialist with over a decade of progressive experience across public and private sectors. She currently serves as the Executive Director/Chief Operating officer of Sankalp & Technical Advisor to the Group Managing Director of Elsahal Group, providing strategic support in business development, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and organizational communication across the Group’s operations in energy, waste-to-energy, real estate, logistics, and agribusiness.
Before joining Sankalp Engineering Dr. Obi held key administrative and executive roles with the Anambra State Government, including the Anambra State Internal Revenue Service and the Office of the Executive Governor. Her work contributed to improved operational efficiency, revenue optimization, and public communication reforms.
Dr. Obi holds a PhD in Development Communication and an MSc in Mass Communication. She is recognised for her leadership, innovation, and commitment to advancing sustainable development and organisational excellence in Africa and beyond.
A visionary legal professional passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to thrive sustainably, Mohammed Suleiman brings expertise and dedication to every aspect of his practice. With a rich background in law and a keen interest in sustainability, he is committed to delivering innovative solutions that balance legal excellence with environmental and social responsibility. As a skilled Legal Practitioner, Mohammed has honed his skills in tackling complex problems with sound judgment and effective decision-making.
